The AKIS meeting, hosted at the BioSense Institute within the ClimateSmartAdvisors project, brought together representatives from across the agricultural sector to discuss the role of Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems in supporting climate-smart farming.

During the meeting, Dušan Sekulić from the Association of Balkan Eco-Innovation introduced ClimaPannonia project, highlighting its focus on farmer education and the development of climate-resilient agricultural practices.

The discussion explored how stronger cooperation between farmers, advisors, research institutions and other stakeholders can improve the flow of knowledge and support the transition toward more resilient agricultural systems.
